The Job

In this role, you will:

• Provide onboarding guidance to sales team, calculate the team’s salary and commission, review the team’s claim
• Assist in provide on-job training to the team on company in-house system, for example CRM system and phone call system
• Liaise with sales team and other relevant department on requirement and project implementation
• Consolidate sales team requirement and feedback to marketing department
• Assist Sales Director to document and calculate sales date in weekly basis, assist with document drafting and handle sales-related job and liaise with external parties

The Profile

• Proficient in English (both writing and communication), preferably bilingual, such as Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Malay, etc. in order to liaise with regional clients.
• Familiarity with office automation software and understanding of analysis of data and report
• You can adjust to company's shift arrangement.
• Experience in related industry is preferred.
• You are responsible, have high pressure resistance, and take high initiative at work and time management
