Job Description

Human Resource (HR) Intern

 

As a HR Intern for Sleek, you will be part of a highly collaborative, fun and amazing team and be involved in exciting HR related projects. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented and most importantly, personable and approachable.

 

You will operate with limited guidance and have strong business partnering skills. You won't be afraid to approach new, unique problems, and you'll be capable of working with large amounts of data with high attention to detail.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Snr HR Manager in all HR facets and responsible for handling administrative tasks for the Human Resources team.
  • Conduct HR research to identify best practices
  • Prepare HR related reports, presentations and analyze data
  • Responsible for keeping documents filed in a proper and organised manner in the HR System
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our work
  • Any other administrative tasks as required by the Snr HRM
