The entire range of Honda-approved models can be viewed and test-driven in two strategically located Honda Centres. Both centres are characterized by its complete Sales and Service facilities. Both centres are supported by a spare parts facility where a wide range of genuine Honda parts, lubricants, accessories and care car products are available. The Ubi Honda Centre also houses company's headquarters and a fully stocked parts inventory.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• To assist customers in accident reporting, claims and vehicle repairs.
• To assess vehicle damages and submit estimations to insurance companies.
• To liaise with surveyors, finalization of work and submission of claims. 
• To coordinate with Workshop Controller on progression of vehicle repairs .
• To update customer on work progress and collection date.
• To liaise with Car Rental department and facilitate rental car usage for customers.
• To attend and resolve customers’ complaints and feedbacks.
• To build rapport with suppliers and internal customers.
• To conduct visual inspection on vehicle condition before taking in vehicle.
• To perform quality control (QC) checking on vehicle before customer’s collection.
• To provide excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Nitec 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Possesses a valid class 3 license.
• Willing to perform 5.5 working days.
