The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Set deadlines and manage timeline progress with the Manager for each Project
• Install, operate and test equipment.
• Work with the software development team, technicians & vendors to ensure all required work is delivered in a timely manner. This will include a mix of Hardware and Software products.
• Prepare operations manuals, documents including training clients on product usage
• Ensure client requirements or feedback, project issues are reported and escalated
• Conduct in-office and onsite testing with technician on deliverable products and other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preference for Engineering or IT-related disciplines.
• Min 2 years of Electronics work experience.
• Hands on experience with wiring and soldering needed.
• Able to work with minimal guidance and must be proactive.
• Must be comfortable handling machines.
• Meticulous and detail oriented (extremely important!)
• Comfortable using digital technologies.
• A strong team player and someone who values trust and respect.
