The Job

Our Client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the organization while providing oversight on projects within our organization. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working in partnership with the stakeholders to develop and drive requirements for improvement and development projects.
• Managing project schedules, backlogs, and priorities to program management requirements.
• Reviewing and reporting any product delivery failures or customer issues
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction on all support-related country team interactions.
• Scheduling customer maintenance and support and ensuring quality checks have been completed.
• Managing customer interactions by coordinating communication internally and externally with various stakeholders and managing issues to resolution at the regional level.
• Managing executive updates, post-incident follow-up, and internal and external communications in a professional manner, instilling confidence and accountability.
• Acting as a point person for the customer and account team on items related to support.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

• You have a minimum of 3+ Years of Project management experience in Network project deployments/infrastructure/software development.
• You have University Degree in Engineering, Computing, or Technology related field
• You have a Prince2 or PMP certification
• You have Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• You have Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
