Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.
Emerging strong from the Covid-19 period, Lumens is building for an exciting new era that brings in a wide range of merchants and individual consumers to our ecosystem. By owning a critical mass of vehicles and driver relationships, we are able to innovate on vehicle setup, driver upskilling & deployment, as well as technology and data capabilities to build mobility platform services that impact our everyday lives.
The Role
You will be supporting with graphic design, motion design and art direction.
Collaborating with the relevant team to develop and refine creative concepts Creating visual material for advertisements, social media channels, videos, and other marketing material Assisting in the production of creative materials such as videos, photos, static and motion graphics Assisting in the development of creative briefs and other project documentation Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas Researching and staying informed of industry trends and best practices Participating in meetings and presentations to present and discuss concepts with the team and clients
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Art or Design related program, in an institute of higher learning
- Proficiency in Adobe CC software; especially Illustrator & Photoshop
- Proficiency in motion graphics software would be a bonus
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
