The Job

Our client is expanding and seeking a highly motivated, experienced and high-energy Sales Director to grow business in South East Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, lead generation and for bringing the product to market with both direct customer interaction and via channel partners. In the role, you will be an integral part of the leadership team as they continue their journey of growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create strong relationships with customers and channel partners at both senior and mid-management levels
  • Develop and execute on sales and marketing plans for the full product line across South Asia to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
  • Identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value propositions, technology processes and current partnerships

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience with more than 5 years in Storage Sales and product positioning
  • Experience in Channels Sales Management (ASEAN), preferably has Distribution background
  • Excellent written and verbal commutation skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience
