The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• To handle full set of accounts.
• Responsible for accounting entries in QuickBooks and against Payment Vouchers and Bank Statements monthly
• Ensure IRAS grants are received yearly.
• Send monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to Executive Committee
• Timely preparation of monthly cash book, bank reconciliation and investment report.
• Update any changes in Chart of Accounts every year.
• Present budget, forecast and financial analysis for the next financial year in October and getting the same approved by end November/beginning of December each year by Executive Committee
• Assist in external and internal audit yearly documentation. 
• Other ad-hoc assignment given by the Management and Operations Teams

Ideal Candidate

• Accountancy Diploma/Degree holder
• At least 2 years working experience preferred
• Proficient user of QuickBooks
• Attention to detail, meticulous and positive working attitude
• Proactive team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
