Our client is a consultancy firm providing an array of immigration services. Their team is equipped with in-dept knowledge of immigration laws & policies to provide effective and hassle-free immigration solutions.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Supporting HR services including recruitment, employee relations & welfare, disciplinary and grievance handling etc
• Monthly payroll processing & submission of Government Claims and Grants
• Creating and maintaining employees’ database in HRIS system
• Ensuring proper and update documentation of employees’ personal information
• Processing CPF, FWL, IRAS tax, GST submission and other statutory claims
• Assisting in other ad-hoc duties assigned

The Profile

• You have a Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, including experience in payroll processing and work pass application
• Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations is required for the role.
• You are able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• You are a resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills
