The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Driving affiliate recruitment facilitating end-to-end onboarding process
  • Generating new business opportunities by emailing, cold-calling, networking etc
  • Preparing sales presentations and proposals, and conducting close follow-up with prospective affiliates
  • Maximising Affiliate initiatives for increased revenue 
  • Establishing good relationships with affiliates and developing a deep understanding of their businesses and objectives
  • Monitoring and analysing affiliate performances with the help of the merchant team by providing insights, knowledge and understanding of the partners’ marketing activities
  • Planning and implementing activities/initiatives to drive higher sale performance
  • Developing affiliate partner framework to guide activation of new affiliates and retention of key revenue contributing partners
  • Developing commercial strategies and metrics that will contribute to the revenue growth of the company.
  • Evaluating and managing new business leads from partners, public queries, referrals and other channels.
  • Monitoring competitors activities and developing a strong understanding of online shopping in key market focus within the region

 

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with experience in Sales / Business Development in Retail, Marketing / Media (or similar industry)
  • You have at least 3 years experience in Affiliate marketing, with good understanding of various web technologies
  • You ideally have solid experience in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Rakuten
  • You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint & Social Media
  • You have an interest in and sensitivity to program development across multiple international markets
  • You have excellent communication and quantitative skills
  • You are highly driven to perform and excel, and are able to work independently.
  • You are a proactive individual and can nurture a smooth working relationship across different teams
  • You have good time-management and organisational skills
  • You pay strong attention to detail and are able to multi-task.
