Our client is an ecommerce startup that is taking the headache of merchandising, logistics and sourcing the best products from digitally native sellers in the beauty industry. With increasing demand from neighbouring countries, they are expanding their team and looking for passionate individuals to join them!

The Job

With your focus on growing the organisation to meet our goals, you will advocate for the company while designing an effective interview and onboarding process.

You will be responsible for: 

• Partnering with different agencies to source candidates and build various pipelines.
• Conducting first phone screens to gauge culture fit and answering any queries candidates might have.
• Managing the interview process, negotiating offers and closing loop with candidates that did not make it through.
• Ensuring candidates are well integrated into the firm through a seamless onboarding process
• Staying committed to meeting hiring targets.

The Profile 

• You possess a Degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a third party retail (marketplace, ecommerce platform) environment or a recruitment firm.
• You are an independent worker with an analytical mindset and ability to arrive at mutually beneficial terms for both parties
• You have knowledge of different tools and are able to experiment and be creative with sourcing strategies
• You are results-driven and show a high level of resilience.
• You have a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
