Snaphunt – Associate Producer (Gaming)

The Job

In this role, you will be managing a diverse team of Artists, Game Designers, Programmers and external vendors.
You will be responsible for :

• Assisting in overseeing the development of new game features and updates from concept to live online operations.
• Collecting estimates from Design, Art, Programming and QA Leads to generate project schedules and set release dates
• Running daily meetings to ensure all tasks are on track
• Collaborating with Team Leads to alleviate dependencies that block development and ensure that all deadlines are being met.
• Reviewing schedules with Management and Team Leads to define what is expected in each milestone/sprint
• Providing regular reports on project schedule, resource allocation and risks

The Profile

• You have a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You possess 3 years of related experience, with prior experience working on mobile applications and in project management.
• You have great communication and presentation skills.
• You have solid leadership skills to lead a team of 8 or more staff as well as establish relationships with other departments.
• You have analytical skills with the ability to drive metrics driven decision making.
• You are a passionate and performance-driven individual with strong business acumen.
• You are able to adapt and to manage changes under tight deadlines.
