IT Support Technician / Engineer

Responsibilities
• Provide end user network / software / hardware support (via phone, in person and by electronic means)

• Diagnose and resolve technical Issues for our customers

• Maintain and monitor daily performance of wireless and network.

• Good in both English speaking and writing

• Better to familiar with GPS tracking solution
