Job Description

 

The role of the Vision Physiotherapist (Customer Service Officer) is to provide customer service and vision physiotherapy to our clients. He/she must be able to work with a variety of patients and keep their best interests in mind, helping them in their recovery. He/she should have a passion for helping people, strong organizational skills, is efficient and is able to work well in a team.

 

MAIN FUNCTION (RESPONSIBILITIES)


Vision Physiotherapist will be performing 4 core duties as follows :


Service

1) To provide physiotherapy treatment in accordance to SOP to achieve vision recovery.
2) To provide feedback to parents regarding the progress of their children.

Sales

1) To achieve monthly leads target accordingly.
2) To achieve monthly shows target accordingly.

3) To achieve monthly referral/renewal target accordingly.


Safety and Cleanliness

1) To ensure all equipment are properly maintained and sterilized after every use.
2) To ensure all service and wash areas are clean and safe.


Others

1) To attend daily meetings.
2) Any other duties as assigned by management. 


Qualifications/ Requirements

1) Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent (Preferred)

2) Good interpersonal skills

3) Tolerance and patience

4) Good communication skills, able to give clear instructions and build trusting relationships with patients and their families.

5) Ability to work under pressure and good time management

6) Experience in healthcare, customer service, physiotherapy is a plus
