Job Descriptions

The role of a Business Development Manager is to oversee all offline marketing matters to help boost sales and increase build strong customer relations with the company. He/She should be a self-motivated individual who has strong leadership skills, has a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business through offline means.

** Note: Basic Salary + Commission + Allowance + Bonus = $3500-$6000

Responsibilities:

1) Work closely with the Management and Operations Team to plan and oversee new offline marketing initiatives

2) Contacting potential clients (B2B or B2G) to establish rapport and engage in various relevant activities with them

3) Able to develop and maintain effective Pipelines for the company

4) Developing and executing goals for business growth and ensuring that they are met.

5) Sourcing and arranging for third-parties or manpower to carry out the offline marketing plans

6) Providing budget and sizing based on solution

7) Plan and carry out seminars, talks, and exhibitions to boost sales and build customer rapport

8) Attending weekly meetings to give reviews and updates

10) Other Adhoc duties relating to Offline Marketing

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

1) Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field is preferable

2) At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations or related field

3) Strong communication skills and ability to sell

4) Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

5) Excellent leadership, problem- solving and organizational skills

6) Proactive, able to work independently

7) Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other relevant IT skills is a plus

8) Connections/experience in working with the Singapore Government Organizations (MOH, MOE, etc) would be a plus
