SKY Petro-Chem Pte Ltd – Trainee – International Sourcing Executive (Petrochemicals)

We, SKY PETRO-CHEM PTE LTD are a petrochemical trading company, a part of Alchemypro Group Singapore (http://www.alchemprogroup.com ) .

Incorporated in Singapore in 2009, with offices in India and the Middle East.  SKY Petro-Chem serves as customized sourcing & marketing arm, distributor and trader for leading producers of petrochemicals from Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Our product line includes petrochemicals, petroleum products, polymers, basic chemicals, solvents, speciality intermediates and by-products.  SKY Petro-Chem is actively involved in manufacturing downstream intermediates and chemicals through contract manufacturing and toll processing in Asia.

Our group company, SKY IMPEX primarily operates in the Indian market as the distribution, exports and toll processing arm of the group. SKY IMPEX was established in the year 2009, with a vision to cater for the fast-growing needs of the Chemical Industry. SKY IMPEX serve an array of industries such as paint, glue, ink, packaging, pharmacy, polyester, polymer, personal care products, construction, textiles, cosmetics, agriculture and leather industries.

We are looking for an “ International Trade Support Executive (Petrochemicals) ” to be based in  Singapore).  

• Maintain and update supplier base and relationship, using our CRM software.(Database management)

• Develop new supplier base for company’s product line, through phone calls – (Sourcing)

• Contact the current Suppliers over phone /email to obtain offers – (Procurement)

• Coordinate with our trading team to achieve trading target volume – (Team target).

• Market study for any given product – (Market Analysis)

• Payment, Shipment and Logistics coordination with suppliers – (Follow up)

• Reporting to Management with Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales & Visit Reports (MIS)

Education: Any graduate or diploma holder, preferably in Chemistry, Science and Management

Experience: Not required.

Location: Singapore

Working hours: Flexible 4 hours per day

Languages skills: English and Mandarin/Korean (Minimum one additional language is advantageous)

Training: Basic training and guidance on products and CRM will be given.
