1. Identify and draft requirements and proposals;
2. Analyze, propose and design user journeys and stories to achieve user requirements;
3. Conduct UX research to translate user requirements into customer journey maps using tools such as wire-framing and prototyping;
4. Conceptualize and validate your designs iteratively, testing low-fidelity prototypes with real users over quick feedback cycles.
5. Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate your vision to stakeholders and facilitate design hand-off to product engineers.
6. Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create accurate and inclusive estimates, develop project plans, and produce other planning documentation as needed; and
7. Direct project activities, conduct reviews, manage risk mitigation issues and change control processes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
