Job Description
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and e-commerce platform.
- Performing market analysis and research on competition.
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing, PR and digital marketing activities eg. monitor social media and follow up with media, influencers; prepare media kit for product launches; contribute to social media calendar.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize marketing events
- Monitoring company's website audit and partner website audit.
