Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers valuable exposure to key HR functions including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience and employer branding. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives while learning how people operations support a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Partner with the HR team to strengthen the company’s employer brand across platforms such as LinkedIn, career portals and social media channels
  • Assist to develop engaging recruitment and employer branding content including social media posts, career stories and employee highlights
  • Assist in the promotion of the company as an employer of choice such as recruitment campaigns, career fairs and talent outreach activities
  • Support the collection and analysis of candidates and recruitment insights to help improve recruitment strategies and talent attraction efforts

HR Operations & Benefits

  • Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of HR
  • Assist in tracking and analysing HR metrics and reports to support data-driven HR decisions
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee administrative related matters
  • Assist in ensuring accurate reflection of team structures
  • Assist in employee benefits administration

Employee Engagement

  • Help design meaningful employee experiences by supporting initiatives that improve workplace culture, engagement, and team collaboration.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities that strengthen company culture.
  • Assist with internal communications and HR initiatives
  • Participating in and supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing/ Communications or related fields
  • Strong interest in HR, people operations, and workplace culture
  • Good written and oral communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Cap cut, video editing software and animation tools
  • Outgoing, fun and with excellent creative and storytelling skills and a keen eye for details
  • Willing to be part of the video, social media or any other platforms content for employer branding
