Marketing
- Secondary Research
- Marketing Database management
- Website training
- EDM – Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Content creation for EDMs, website and collaterals – preparing copy, design simple visuals, video editing
- Partners/ Stakeholders Liaison and Management
- Assist in Marketing Reports
- Mobile App Management (if applicable)
- Take meeting minutes
- Continuous Pre-Event Preparations including Event Collateral and Advertising (Onsite, Digital & PR) Planning and Design
- Pre-Event and On-Site Experience and Activation
Sales
- Perform delegates and exhibition sales
Project
- To be able to assist Project Director, Sales and Marketing if required
- Preparing materials for Project Director if required
Others
- Speaker Management & Acquisition if required
Requirement:
- Currently studying ITE/Diploma/Degree and have a keen interest in events sales
- At least 12 weeks of internship period
