Job Description
- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible to address to customers’ needs with professionalism and perform daily over-the-counter transactions, which includes cash management, account opening and closure, balancing of cash and remittance handling.
- You should deliver an excellent service experience to our customers
- You will be required to process all daily branch and cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- You will assist customers in their enquiries and handling of feedback
- You will perform all banking activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level passes or have an ITE/ Diploma qualification
- You should be a service-oriented individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (such as customer service or cash handling experience) is required for this position
- Effectively bilingual in English and a second language. The ability to understand a local dialect is an advantage
