JOB PURPOSE
To assist Partnership & Development department in administrative support and event management.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist PD staff in scheduling of candidates for interview and assisting with Events;
- Provide logistical assistance and support planning and coordination;
- Data Entry.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Studying in tertiary institution preferred.
Experience:
- One-year experience in organising and executing events is a plus.
Additional skills and knowledge:
- Ability to work with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office and other office related software;
- Knowledge of organising events would be helpful;
- Experience of working or volunteering in a Charity;
- A people person. Not shy and thick-skinned.

- Must be organised and able to work with minimum supervision;
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people at all levels.
