Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To promote and cross-sell a range of Financial Services Products (Insurance, Personal Loans, Credit Cards & Remittance service) to target customers within Post Offices and at offsite roadshows.
  • Maintain good rapport with business partners’ sales teams to facilitate effective referrals that can lead to closure.
  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers to offer customers a good service experience.
  • Handle any customer complaints pertaining to financial services and escalate to the relevant department for follow-up.
  • To actively acquire new customers and achieve challenging individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 GCE ‘N’ Level credits or 3 GCE ’O’ Level credits (including English and Mathematics) with 1 year customer service or retail sales experience
  • Mature, self-driven and results oriented
  • Able to build and manage customer relations
  • Good team player
  • Able to work 5.5 days work week
