Job Description

Festival Intern: MARKETING

 Job Scope:

  • Assist the Marketing & Partnerships department in marketing, publicity and sponsorship matters for the Festival and company.

  • Assist with development of Social Media Content and ensure accurate content on posts

  • Designing of collaterals or video edits & copy for Festival Newsletters 

  • Handle festival merchandise from production to stock inventory + fulfillment (if needed) 

  • Assist in general administration & coordination for the Festival

Requirements:

  • Min qualifications –Diploma/ A Levels. Currently enrolled students are welcomed to apply.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency in graphic design (Photoshop/Illustrator) and basic video editing is an advantage.

  • Responsible, calm, meticulous, organized and able to meet timelines.

  • Enjoy meeting people. 

  • Able to work independently and yet a team player.

  • Experience with arts organizations or events, will be an advantage.

  • Interest in film and/or the arts would be preferred

Period of Engagement: Mid September to 20 December 2021. For currently enrolled students, they must be able to commit at least 20 hours weekly from September to October and full-time from Nov onwards till the end of Festival.

Currently enrolled students should be prepared to work full time during their school breaks.
