Research Assistant (3 Months Temp)

JOB DESCRIPTION

 The successful candidate will assist in the research and development of Global Learning training programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the supervisor in the development and management of training programs. These include programs of academic, professional and service learning natures.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify needs of administrators, educators and learners.
• Conduct in-depth market research by mapping against international, regional, national, sectoral and personal development mandates, funders, competitors and implementing entities, especially for Singaporean, Japanese and Korean markets.
• Participating in research and perform extraction and analysis of data extracted.
• Administer assigned programs. This includes application selection, interviewing of candidates, proper maintenance of records and processes, and end-of-program evaluations.
• Assist in the building of networks and relations with academic institutions, public and private organizations and business professionals internationally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Level (Waiting for Results/Graduate) and Polytechnic Diploma (Business Related/Mass Communication).
• Native English proficiency. Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge and interest in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Knowledge and interest in marketing, promotion and digital content management.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual who can function independently or within a team.
• Program facilitation experience is a plus.
• Highly energetic cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
