Singapore Innovate Pte Ltd – TNT Intern (Programme Management)

We are looking for individuals to help us with product management, to build an application tracking system to support the talent programmes. He/she will be mainly involved in managing product features, designing solution prototypes, and performing data analytics to understand user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support product manager in analysing existing and potential markets, competitors, business, and user needs etc.
• Collaborate with the external vendor for product development and improvement
• Create product documentation, product-related presentations and materials for system users
• Use prototyping tool to design product UI/UX concepts and present them to relevant stakeholders
• Manage user requirements and facilitate product development

Requirements:

• Basic skills in software engineering and application design
• Basic knowledge in Javascript, Python, Query language and prototype tools
• Fundamentals of UI/UX, and software development processes
• Good communication skills — written and oral
• Meticulous and love to collate and analyse data
• Great planning and implementation skills

Good-to-have:

• You have an interest in programme management
• You have experience in developing software products
