Job Description

Intern, Special Project (Design and Project Management) 

  • Support the Corporate Communications Department and 70th Anniversary Organising Committee Secretariat in delivering a successful year long anniversary celebration
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders to create and design contents to be used across multiple channels including social media outlets, website, marketing collateral etc, ensuring a high standard of copywriting, aesthetics and alignment of contents
  • Assist in design of 70th Anniversary marketing collaterals for a consistent branding across all events and service centres
  • Liaise with colleagues and vendors to coordinate operational and marketing details on events to achieve overall alignment of messaging for the anniversary
  • Develop an understanding of the social service sector, target audience and operating environment, while actively engaging various stakeholders to ensure that plan for events and publicity across all channels is well aligned and working towards achieving the organisation’s goals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and developments in the landscape we operate in

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Visual Arts/Design, Arts and Social Science or Mass Communications is preferred
  • Experience in designing publicity collaterals and project management, with knowledge of design software such as Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media best practices
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.
