Recruitment:

- Shortlisting and scheduling/co-ordinating candidates for interview

- Attend to candidates who are here for interview (Application form, Verify documents, Prepare interview assessment form)

- Maintain database of interviewees

- Participate in external job fairs

Payroll:

- Assist in Payroll Process (e.g. ensure OT payment are paid according to Employment Act)

- Assist in Government Claims Process (e.g. NS, Maternity, Childcare Leave, ect.)

- Administer Leave Management Process (e.g. approve 2-tier leave application)

L&D:

- Manage internships

- Prepare & Conduct of Computer Based Trainings 

- Administer & Mark tests of Computer Based Trainings

- Management of certificates

Communications:

- Plan and execute organisation cohesion programmes

- Design and communicate organisation’s key messages using various medium e.g. posters, publications, videos, social media platform etc.

- Organise organisation events to promote team building
