Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Events Operation
To assist the event department by:
• Planning, execution and hosting of events
• Distributing of marketing materials
2. Events Marketing
To assist marketing in promoting of the events by:
• Preparing of event marketing collaterals, including writing copy for online and off line materials
• Assist in event marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
• Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of our marketing activity, using Google Analytics and other packages
• Posting relevant events updates via our social media channels
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
What we are looking for:
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in event management.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player
• Excellent time management and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
• Adaptability and flexibility to situations and ever-changing demands, responds well to change
• Proactive in sharing ideas and solutions
• Would be required to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
