Overview

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team to deliver 1hr to 2hrs activity based mental health workshops. Workshops will be delivered at various locations in Singapore. Trainers are required to engage the audience in the interactive workshop. Audience can be school children, working adults or senior citizens. This position is a freelance position. Trainer can indicate preferred time slot and target audience. Expected salary is $60/hr to $80/hr. Additional bonus will be awarded to trainers with good feedback from the audience and completing delivery of a minimal number of training hours. Training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Deliver training workshops based on the identified needs and requirements
• Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences in the workshop
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts before the workshop
• Provide support and guidance to participants throughout the workshop
• Perform peer and self evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop, and make improvements where necessary
• The Trainer may be required to work on weekends or outside normal business hours to accommodate the training needs of our clients

• Individual with experience in facilitation and training delivery will be advantageous
