Social Media Marketing Intern (August Onward)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and understand their marketing objectives 

• Develop engaging, creative and on-brand content (including videos) for social media accounts to drive traffic 

• Campaign management of various online marketing platforms (e.g. Google ads, Facebook ads etc.) 

• Assist in the building up of campaigns by analysing marketing data from all aspects 

• Monitoring of campaigns' running status and keeping them relevant by analysing marketing data and reviewing key metrics 

• Assist in the reporting of daily marketing outcomes 

• Understanding audience profile on social media platforms

• Other ad-hoc tasks as and when directed by team lead

Requirements:

• Familiarity with mainstream social media channels like Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Linkedin 

• Knowledge of best practices on social media, active on the platforms and able to identify current content trends and cultural insights. 

• Strong social media following & proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and/or ability to write are a plus but not a pre-requisite 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent 

• Able to speak well and pitch ideas to others 

• Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Candidates with keen interest in the local F&B industry would have an added advantage 

• Good command of English 

• Good command of Mandarin would have an added advantage
