Sigma Contemporary Dance – Marketing Intern

Sigma is an independent dance collective in Singapore. Sigma has created 5 staged works and 2 digital works which have been acclaimed as "breaks new ground", "authentic and sincere", "different to anything else I've seen", "powerful", "immersive". We are currently preparing for our 10th anniversary production this November and will be running 12.ance, an annual contemporary dance festival, for the 4th year this December. 

1. Have an aesthetic eye & a way with words: 

- help with marketing & publicity for upcoming production & dance (including conceptualisation & designing of publicity posts) 

- able to take photos and videos & manage our social media platforms

- possess basic photo and video editing skills

2. Possess good inter-personal, communication & problem- solving skills:

- able to communicate effectively to liaise with various stakeholders e.g. dance artists, helpers, production & stage managers, choreographer, lighting designer, etc.

- respond to customer enquiries 

3. Organized, responsible & detail-oriented

- run administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry & other adhoc duties

4. Have an interest in Contemporary Dance

5. Duration:

- Oct - Dec 2021 (3 months)

- Flexible working hours
