We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us for an internship to support MindSphere Business Development activities in APAC region.
Essential responsibilities:
- Provide support to the MindSphere business unit Industrial IoT Application onboarding in China
- Supporting business units to fill in necessary forms for commercial onboarding templates, financial flow templates, and provisioning templates
- Set up necessary coordination calls between business units and necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding progress
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on the BU Apps onboardings
- Support and coordinate dry runs for the customer orders
- Assist and support MindSphere sales presentation preparations for customers meetings
- Maintain, review and update GTAC report on MindSphere technical support incidents, especially for China to optimize and improve customer experience
- Coordinate regular alignment reviews with various stakeholders to ensure progress and resolution
- Identify any potential issues and challenges
- May be required to perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in IT / IT systems/ Application development / Cloud Platforms or equivalent
- Mandarin speaking candidate is required as you will be mainly liaising with China stakeholders
- Able to commit for the full internship for at least 4 – 6 months
- Previous exposure through projects to IoT will be an added advantage
