Job Description
- Provide support in the recruitment process, especially in the sourcing of high calibre candidates, screening and selection of suitable candidates
- Create, build, and maintain network of potential talents
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and act as a brand ambassador to publicise Shopee’s culture and career opportunities to potential candidates
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree
- Passionate about interacting with people and talent acquisition
- Result-oriented and has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months, around January to June 2022)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
