- Job Description
- Assist in the delivery of recruitment-centric projects such as training support for workshops and improving efficiency of recruitment processes
- Identify key pain-points in People Operations in Shopee and delivering solutions in an effective and timely manner
- Research on industry best practices and synthesise data to assess feasibility of proposed people-related projects
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in administrative and other ad-hoc tasks
