Shopee Pte Ltd – Regional Operations (User Success) Intern

Shopee is the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Launched in 2015, it is a platform tailored for the region, providing customers with an easy, secure and fast online shopping experience through strong payment and fulfillment support. 

• Craft self-help content (articles, videos, presentation decks) for trainings involving buyers, sellers, and customer-facing employees
• Assist in the content production process by liaising with other regional and local stakeholders from the Product Management, Creative, and User Support teams
• Support the team in data collation, competitor research, content quality checks, and asset creation

Requirements:

• Full-time interns preferred (6 months)
• Students who can commit part-time, minimally 3 working days a week, are also welcome to apply
• Excellent command of English language with good writing skills
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and familiar with e-commerce brands that publish good user content
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment
• Experience in customer success or instructional writing
• Experience in video content is a plus
