Appointed as Regional Head Quarter to oversees 13 subsidaires in the S.E.A region. Shimano has grown into a full-fledged manufacturing plant with R&D, product design and engineering, cold forging , stamping, heat treatment, electro-plating and tooling fabrication capabilities.

HR Admin 

• Provide day to day support in full spectrum of HR administration functions.
• Administration of staff confirmation and contract renewal.
• Responsible for work pass application, renewal & cancellation.
• Manage Staff welfare matters including Staff Claims, Company Transport, Welfare Hampers, and Accommodation.
• Provide support and backup for training related matters as required.
• Assist in HR system and process improvement projects.
• Perform reception duties as required.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Diploma with 1-2 years of HR relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HRIS system (experience in Unit4 Prosoft is an advantage)
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Meticulous, Responsible and Fast Learner.
• Able to work independently and as a good team player.
• Able to interact with staff of all levels.

Others:

• Working Location: currently located at Joo Koon, will be shifting to Jurong Innovation District in Y2022
• Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
• Uniform & Lunch provided
• Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
