Part Time Promoter (Mobile Phone) WEEKENDS / PH

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all in store sales activities.
• Deliver quality customer service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, provide comprehensive products information and advice, and delivering post-sale services.
• Able to up-sell and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Maintain display area’s cleanliness and ensure that products are organized and visually appealing.
• Maintain accurate inventory recording and ensure timely restocking of inventories.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate should possess a minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
• Candidate should possess a minimum of 2-years of retail experience for mobile phones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong sales acumen and persuasive selling skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
