Job Description
- Maintain and oversee day-to-day finance operation and accounting of the Company’s Finance Department
- Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting and financial process
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing
- Ensure compliance of financial records and controls with corporate, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Lead external audits and prepare Financial Statements
- Management of cash flow, Fixed Asset Register, credit control and receivables management
- Consolidation of Groups Account for Asia Group
- Quarterly consolidation of group package reporting
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns
- Monitor and ensure proper internal controls are in place
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
