To assist in the efficient, effective, and economic delivery of services and the utilisation of resources to fulfil the requirements of the Recreation Department.
Under the direction of the Recreation Manager to ensure the facilities and associated areas, the program and service delivery are of the highest standard during all hours. To ensure that all facilities are operational and always maintained in accordance with all current legislation and statutory requirements.
#Ensure reception is always tidy and presentable.
#Arrange life jackets and ensure cleanliness.
#Always review the daily towel stand opening and closing checklist and perform each task.
#To ensure the sports facilities and equipment are properly prepared and reinstated according to the programme of activities.
#To organize events and activities for guests, including competitions and school holiday programme and special programs.
#Prepares venue for game and special event operations.
#To be responsible for the operation of the facilities and associated areas in terms of security, cleanliness, safety of customers and emergency procedures.
Respond to guest complaints from Recreations Areas, be it from any internal or external customers. Report to Recreation Manager on all matters of importance or for any assistance or approval required.
