About Service Administration Division  

Service Administration (SA) division collaborates with various disability Social Service Agencies (SSAs), SPED Schools and other stakeholders to deliver quality services to persons with disabilities. SA comprises 3 main teams: Education, Services & Programmes; Scheme Support and Fund Administration & Grant Processing.

Job Description

Project Description:

  • Intern will be involved in supporting the team’s work in Services.
  • Services team supports about 70 disability homes, hostels, sheltered workshops and day activity centres to meet service standards and maintain quality in programmes.
  • Intern will assist the team in collating quantitative and qualitative data and reports and participate in service audits

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas:

  • To prepare qualitative reports as part of Onsite Assurance to review Key Performance Standards, service standards and service users’ feedback of the disability programmes;
  • To collate and ensure data accuracy in various reports e.g. Key Performance Indicators of disability programmes;
  • To coordinate and schedule Inter Rater Reliability checks for Client Assessment Forms for disability programmes;

To provide secretariat support in stakeholder engagements and any other duties assigned.

 

Requirements: 

  • Students in tertiary education are welcome to apply 
  • Preferred course of study: Business, Arts and Social Science, Social Work, Science
  • Interest in social services and disability sector
  • Interest in social services and disability sector
  • Good organisation skills, analytical and meticulous
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, diligent and fast learner
  • Proficient in MS Office
