Established in August 2017, SG Bike is Singapore’s very first homegrown bike sharing company. As a licensed bike sharing operator in Singapore, SG Bike was also the first bike sharing company to aim to resolve indiscriminate parking through its self-developed technology, Geostation. Following our announcement on 13th August, SG Bike has taken over Mobike to become the largest bike sharing operator in Singapore. SG Bike is proud to have received the 2019 Young Innovator Award by the Land Transport Authority and will continue to work towards enhancing transport options in Singapore.
Human Resource Intern (Part-time Available)
SG Bikes is a rapidly expanding company and requires a Human resource intern to help manage its staff, build up a company culture and search for more talented staff to join our company. As we are a growing company, you will get to experience working directly with the senior management to transform the company from a start-up to a SME. This is a good experience for those keen on learning about the various dynamics of a company as you may be given chances to work on side projects for the company when possible.
Responsibilities:
Writing of job descriptions
Using Various job application sites to hire manpower when required
Coming up and executing ideas to build the company culture (e.g. Monthly welfare events)
Following and coming up with standard operating procedures for the company
Managing staff related procedures (Eg. collating appraisals, staff resignation, staff hiring, workman compensation etc.)
Requirements:
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Willing to learn
