JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide and deliver customer service excellence to our valued clients
- Assist clients on enquiries, concerns and after sales services
- Provide advise and introduce clients of suitable products
- Handle operations of roadshows, promotions and/ or events
- Documentation of sales transactions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
- Highly motivated candidates who are service-oriented individuals, communicates well and thrives in a team environment
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment
WORKING LOCATION
- NEX Serangoon
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS
- Rotating shifts, 5 days work week (13 July - 19 July)
SALARY PACKAGE
- $10 per hour
