Servicebuild Construction & Electrical Pte Ltd – Project Coordinator Intern

We are a renovation and construction comapny located in the East. We are seeking a project coordinator to assist. 

Project Admin / Project Assistant

• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the office and store.
• Track and manage inventory of materials and equipment for renovation jobs, and assist with purchasing.
• Identify and search for new tenders and job opportunities on a daily basis.
• Assist in preparing project briefs to support the project manager and design team.
• Attend site meetings with the design team or project manager to accurately document project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to perform inspections and monitor project progress.
• Update project information and status in the project management software.
• Assist in preparing project quotations and invoices for clients.
• Maintain and update the status of ongoing projects to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Collect daily updates on workers’ schedules and tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely
• Liaise with the design team to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Cordinate with suppliers to obtain accurate costing for materials and assist with procurement.
• Apply for permits and licenses as required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (relevant experience in construction/renovation projects will be an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Preferably residing in the East side. (office located in Kembangan)
• Mon - Fri 830am to 530pm - work in office
• Training provided
• Full time positoin available
