HR Technology & Projects Intern

Role Summary

The HR Technology & Projects Intern will support the HR team's digital transformation initiatives by assisting in HR system enhancement, process automation, data analytics, reporting, and project implementation. This role is ideal for individuals interested in HR technology, analytics, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Consolidate HR data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, training, recruitment, and employee demographics.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Review existing HR processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in digitising HR forms, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Support automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint).
  • Document process maps and workflow diagrams.

HR Projects

  • Support implementation of HR transformation and improvement projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and documentation.
  • Track project milestones and prepare status updates.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement and training activities.

Employee Experience & Digitalisation

  • Support employee survey administration and reporting.
  • Assist in implementing digital employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve employee experience through technology.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or data analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
