To have an overview of the structure, roles, and responsibilities of the Information Technology
To support all computing systems, such as file and print servers, application servers and interfaces.
To install, configure and troubleshoot all peripherals.
To carry out backup procedures.
To report activities of all systems on a regular basis to the IT Manager.
To set up, configure, administer, and maintain the network.
