Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS and Ubuntu devices.
Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems.
Collaborate with Systems Administration and Networking teams.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
Maintain and manage IT assets and equipment.
Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
Job Requirements:
Available for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week) for at least 6 months.
Basic experience with Windows, Ubuntu, macOS and enterprise software (e.g. antivirus software, Adobe, Microsoft 365).
Basic knowledge of mobile device setup (iOS/Android), including email and business applications.
Familiarity with any programming language is an advantage.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Polytechnic Diploma or relevant professional qualification preferred.
