Sensetac Pte Ltd – Application Lab (Intern)

Sensetac provides flavour solutions for our customers. You will support cross functional teams to provides customers with snippets of our products that allows them to make accurate decision making. You will also develop an understanding of preferences and food regulations in regional markets.

• Assist in preparation of food and beverage prototypes, refining according to requests and contributing to new product ideas
• Testing of products in various applications, according to project requirements
• Coordinate sensory evaluation panels for further product improvements
• Maintain accurate records of projects, development, and results
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of laboratories and equipment
• Ensure compliance in accordance to quality and food safety standards

Requirements 

• Higher/Nitec/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields
• Meticulous, with good organizational skills
• Able to work well independently and in a team
