- Job Description
* Deep dive into Company's workflows and process steps to document process steps and identify gaps / business challenges for business continuity and improvement planning
* Research on technologies and industry best practices to onboard to alleviate business challenges and achieve better operational efficiency
* Assistance in the design and implementation of Business Process Improvement & Automation projects / workflows (e.g. use of Macros, RPAs, VBAs, onboarding of new Manpower Planning & Project Costing tool etc) and coordination with external technology providers on their solutions.
