Job Description

Deep dive into the business operation and requirements to investigate, review and document business processes for business continuity and improvement planning
Research on existing and emerging industry trends, best practices and technologies to drive and support internal business process improvement / automation initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in the Company’s work processes and improve operational efficiency with innovation and technology adoption
Assist in existing and adopted business process improvement / automation efforts utilizing technologies such as Macros, Visual Basic Automation (VBA) and / or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) etc
